We offer "hands on" training in Camera Operating, Production Assisting, Boom operating and much more.

HOW TO BEGIN TRAINING AS A DIRECTOR OR CREW WORKER.
1. Join ASMW Inc as a Volunteer and pay the $25 Certification Fee.
2. Once we receive your online registration info, we will invite you for an orientation in Atlanta.
3. At your orientation, you will receive the ASMW Volunteer Package (which includes various promotional items and your ASMW photo ID badge)
4. Begin training as a Crew worker or Director, during this period, the trainee begins "hands on training'.
5. In order to receive free training, trainees will be required to volunteer in promotions for at least 8 hours per week for a total of not less than 70 hours.
6. On completion of the training, it would be expected that the Crew worker will be ready to take on paying crew work opportunities.
